Dykema's Scott Fryzel will present "Legal & Practical Impact of FFIEC Update on Authentication Guidance" at the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) in-person “Smarter Faster Payments 2022” program, which takes place May 1 - 4, 2022, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Fryzel’s session, “Legal & Practical Impact of FFIEC Update on Authentication Guidance,” will cover compliance with the new guidance, the legal requirements established under Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code to establish commercially reasonable security procedures, and the documentation and procedures organizations should use to meet those burdens and reduce the risk of unauthorized electronic funds transfers. The session will be on May 2, 2022.
