LIHTC 101: The Life of a LIHTC Transaction and the Roles of Attorneys

Rochelle Lento will serve as a panelist at the ABA Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Annual Meeting on May 25-27, 2022, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, in Washington, D.C.

The panel, “LIHTC 101: The Life of a LIHTC Transaction and the Roles of Attorneys,” is for attorneys who are looking for a general overview of a LIHTC transaction from start to finish, and the attorneys’ role within these transaction. In addition to Lento, the panel will be comprised of developer’s counsel, investor’s counsel, and lender’s counsel who will provide insight on the best ways to support their respective client’s interests throughout the closing process.
