Nimroz Ali Listed on Lawyers of Color’s 2022 Hot List

Dykema, a leading national law firm, announced that Nimroz Ali was named to the Lawyers of Color 2022 Hot List. The list recognizes exceptional, diverse law firm junior- and mid-level attorneys who exemplify integrity, high achievement, leadership and a passion for diversity.

According to Lawyers of Color, the honorees were chosen through a two-pronged process. The selection committee, composed of the editorial staff, fellows and advisers, reviewed the nominations and research legal publications in order to identify promising candidates. Selections were made based upon noteworthy accomplishments, giving special attention to candidates who were active in diversity pipeline initiatives.

Ali focuses his practice on the areas of M&A, private equity, family offices, joint ventures, corporate finance and commercial real estate. He has represented a variety of clients, from high net worth individuals to publicly traded corporations, in national and international deals.

Ali earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
