Stolarski Joins Dykema’s Intellectual Property Group

                          Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition
                            of Michael Stolarski to its Intellectual Property Department as a
                            member in the firm’s Chicago office. Stolarski was previously a partner
                            in the Intellectual Property practice at Howrey LLP. His arrival comes
                            on the heels of Eric Fingerhut joining the firm’s Intellectual Property
                            Department in Washington, D.C. from Howrey in March.

                            an impressive track record in high-level, high-stakes patent licensing
                            and litigation with a variety of companies in the semiconductor,
                            telecommunications and consumer electronics industries," said Rex

                            addition of a lawyer with his many talents will add considerable depth
                            to our already impressive Intellectual Property team and underscores the
                            firm’s commitment to expand our capabilities in this area."
                            
Stolarski
                            focuses his practice on Intellectual Property licensing, counseling and
                            litigation of IP. He has significant experience in all aspects of
                            litigation of complex commercial and intellectual property matters
                            including patent, trademark, copyright, trade dress, and trade secret
                            matters. He has also negotiated numerous license agreements and
                            established IP licensing programs generating substantial royalty
                            revenues for his clients. 
                            
A frequent speaker and author on
                            intellectual property issues, Stolarski has testified as an expert
                            witness on IP licensing issues and agreements in several cases.
                            Stolarski is a member of the Intellectual Property Owners Association,
                            the Licensing Executives Society and Lawyers for the Creative Arts.
                            
He received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
