"The 10th Annual 32 Most Influential People in Dentistry"

Brian Colao was recognized by Incisal Edge as one of its "32 Most Influential People in Dentistry", highlighting his leadership and more than three decades of experience in the dental service organization (DSO) industry. The publication recognized Colao’s role in guiding DSOs through formation, structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, as well as his early focus on the growing middle-market DSO segment. It also highlighted the growth of Dykema’s annual DSO Conference, which expanded from 41 attendees at its inaugural event to nearly 2,500 in 2025. Colao discussed the opportunities technology presents for middle-market DSOs, along with challenges associated with rapid growth, overhead, and regulatory compliance.
