Dykema is proud to announce that Todd Gale was selected for Fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). In a letter from the invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society, the LCA stated that Gale's professional excellence and integrity speaks for itself and that his commitment to diversity if central to its mission.

Membership in the LCA is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of all American lawyers. According to its website, the purpose of the organization is to recognize deserving, experienced, and highly qualified lawyers, to provide an outlet for scholarly authorship of legal articles on trial and litigation practice, to provide additional sources for professional development, to promote superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law, to assist in community involvement by its membership, and to advance a superior judiciary, by taking relevant positions on issues or legislation affecting judicial compensation and/or benefits, as well as those affecting the American litigation processes. Gale and other Fellows are selected and invited into Fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation.

In his practice, Gale handles complex litigation and helps his clients identify what they need and how litigation might help them reach their ideal outcome with a focus on the big picture. He has deep experience at every stage of litigation, from inception through discovery, pre-trial motions, trial, and appeal. He most often handles commercial disputes and has tried cases before state and federal courts and arbitrators, related to contracts, dealer termination, real estate, unfair competition, antitrust, mass torts, securities fraud, and bankruptcy. Gale also serves as Dykema's Assistant General Counsel.
