Providing the A-to-Z trademark service, Dykema Gossett is a quality- and results-driven firm that goes above and beyond to meet the needs of its clientele. Taking the trademark group from strength to strength, Jennifer Fraser serves as a reliable business partner to her loyal roster of clients, who rely on her for high-level strategic advice. As a former trademark examiner, Fraser can spot issues quickly and devise proactive solutions with impactful results. She has recently been handling the US filings for Pano AI, a leader in early wildfire detection and intelligence, and is representing Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery in the Eastern District of Michigan as well as at the TTAB against a company which recently changed its name to Ann Arbor Center for Plastic Surgery to promote its competing plastic surgery services. Understanding the criticality of a strong brand, Eric Fingerhut works tirelessly to ensure his patrons’ intellectual assets are amply protected through building robust portfolios. He also puts in fierce performances at the TTAB and district and appellate courts, to enforce and defend his clients’ marks. Expert portfolio manager Marsha Gentner brings a wealth of knowledge, which she leverages to provide meaningful and practical advice. She is wholly focused on achieving the best possible outcome for her following and is entrusted with their most valuable marks.
