Dykema Hosts GC Roundtable on SEC Proxy Season Developments

On November 7, 2013, Dykema’s Automotive Industry Group, with insight from Ernst & Young, will host a Roundtable aimed at General Counsel and in-house Securities Counsel in public companies.

Among the topics to be covered at the Roundtable by attorneys from Dykema’s Public Company Practice Group:

• Pay Ratio Disclosure Proposals
• Social Media Disclosures—Reg. FD Issues
• ISS Policy on Board Response to Majority Supported Proposals
• An Update on “Say on Pay” Litigation

Representatives from Ernst & Young will also be on hand to provide an SEC Accounting and Reporting Update and to discuss recent  developments from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) that affect the audits and compliance reports from public companies.
