Dykema Lawyers to Present at Upcoming ABA Conference on Automotive Product Liability Litigation

Five Dykema attorneys—including Derek Whitefield, John Thomas, Terri Reiskin, Fred Fresard and Brittany Schultz—will serve as presenters, panel members and moderators at the upcoming ABA Conference, “2012 Emerging Issues in Motor Vehicle Product Liability Litigation.” The conference, celebrating its 22nd year, will be held March 28-30 at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix.

Derek Whitefield, Co-Chair of the conference, reports that this event promises to be one of the most educational and informative ever, with plaintiff, defense, appellate and in-house lawyers on the faculty, representing foreign and domestic auto manufacturers, tire companies, recreational vehicle manufacturers, component part manufacturers, and insurance companies..
