Dykema has been named to the BTI 2014 Client Service A-Team Honor Roll, qualifying in four of the 17 activities that drive outstanding client service. This annual report—prepared by BTI Consulting Group, a strategic research company that works with professional services firms worldwide and whose clients include one out of every three AmLaw 200 law firms—evaluates individual law firm performance as seen through the eyes of the client.

In being named to the BTI 2014 Client Service A-Team Honor Roll—a ranking based on in-depth interviews with more than 300 corporate counsel—Dykema has been shown to deliver better client service than over the half the law firms that serve the world’s largest clients.

The Firm is particularly pleased that one of the four client service factors on which it earned highest marks is “Understands the Client’s Business.” This factor, one of the cornerstone principles of Dykema’s Client Service Standards, is among the most important drivers of outstanding client service. Equally significant, clients perceive it as one of the qualities least likely to be provided by corporate law firms, which makes it a key point of differentiation for Dykema.
