Dykema Team Helps Revolution Capital Group in its Acquisition of Maysteel

A team of Dykema attorneys and legal specialists, led by Tom Cleary (Member, Corporate Finance) assisted Revolution Capital Group with its successful acquisition of Maysteel, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer of precision sheet metal enclosures. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In addition to Cleary, the Dykema team—consisting of practitioners from a variety of disciplines—included Jason Grinnell (Senior Counsel, Real Estate), Pamela MacDougal (Senior Attorney, Tax) and Anna Beelen (Legal Specialist).

This transaction marks Revolution Capital Group’s fifth acquisition, and the fourth in which Revolution has engaged Dykema attorneys as its legal counsel.
