Jennifer Fraser Speaks About Slowdown in Trademark Applications in Bloomberg Law

Jennifer Frasier, Washington, D.C.-based Member and Leader of Dykema’s Trademark Practice Group, was quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, “Trademark Application Surge Seen Slowing Registrations at Agency.”

In the article, Fraser and other professionals discuss reasons for the backlog and slower examination times for trademark applications. Fraser voiced her concerns over the diversion of resources away from efforts to reduce the backlog.
