Marsha Gentner’s Commentary on Cleveland MLB Team’s Name Change Appear in the Cleveland Plain Dealer and Law360

Marsha Gentner, Washington, D.C.-based Senior Counsel in Dykema’s Intellectual Property Group, was quoted in the Law360 article, “Cleveland MLB Team Changing Name To ‘Guardians.’

In the article, Gentner talked about why the team may have announced the change midseason. She also discussed the team’s opposition to two applications to register a trademark for “Cleveland Guardians.”
