Jeff Gifford Discusses Dykema's M&A Survey Results in The American Lawyer

Jeff Gifford, San Antonio-based Member and Leader of Dykema’s Corporate Finance Practice Group, was quoted in The American Lawyer article, “Dealmakers Are Optimistic About M&A Next Year.”

In the article, Gifford discussed the results of Dykema’s annual M&A Outlook Survey of CEOs, CFOs, other C-level executives, and professional advisors in the M&A industry. The results showed an optimistic outlook for 2021, which Gifford said may be due to industries figuring out how to conduct business despite the pandemic. However, U.S.-China relations and the 2020 election has caused uncertainty.
