Thomas Moga Addresses Protecting IP in China with China Business Review

Thomas Moga, Bloomfield Hills-based senior counsel in the Dykema’s Intellectual Property practice group, was quoted in the China Business Review article “Design Patents vs. Trade Dress: Protecting IP in China.”

The article discusses how an understanding of both design patents and trade dress forms of protection can help companies better strengthen their IP portfolios. The article goes on to define both forms of IP protection and describes how to navigate the grey areas of both within China.
