Weil and Silverman to Moderate Sessions for Bank Special Assets & Credit Officer’s Virtual Forum

Mark Silverman and Ed Weil, Chicago-based co-leaders of Dykema’s Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Special Servicer Group, will both separately moderate sessions in IMN’s Bank Special Assets & Credit Officer’s Virtual Forum on November 10, 2020. In addition, both Silverman and Weil will also host a "Special Servicing Interactive Roundtable." 

Weil’s session, “Buyers, What’s In Your Pipeline?,” will cover tax considerations in distressed asset transactions, what sectors present the best opportunities for long-term growth, and more.

Silverman will moderate, “Navigating the Distressed Hotel Loan Market,” which will answer questions regarding types of hotel loans that are entering special servicing, what hotel owners need to know when considering a workout, the risk involved, and more.
