James Azadian Quoted in Pair of Los Angeles Daily Journal Roundup Lawsuit Articles

James S. Azadian, Los Angeles-based member in Dykema’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the Firm’s nationwide appellate practice, provided the closing comments in the Daily Journal stories, “Judge Rejects Bid to Block Monsanto Mobile Phone Ads During Trial” and “Bayer Releases Internal Studies on Key Roundup Ingredient.”

Following the plaintiffs’ request that defendant Monsanto be prohibited from disseminating targeted ads that might influence jurors, Azadian explains why it was no surprise that the motion was dismissed.
