Christopher D. Kratovil, Managing Member of Dykema’s Dallas office and member of the firm's Litigation Group, was quoted in the Dallas Business Journal, Houston Chronicle and Texas Lawbook joint story, “Changes coming to courts of appeals in Dallas.”

Kratovil points out that the results of the recent midterm election affected litigation strategy for businesses in a variety of ways, mentioning specifically that companies will need to get appellate counsel involved in litigation matters much earlier than normal.
