Brandon Durrett Discusses Drop in Oil & Gas M&A with Texas Lawyer

Brandon Durrett, San Antonio-based Member in Dykema’s Corporate Finance Group was quoted at length in the Texas Lawyer article, “Energy M&A Down Dramatically in Early 2019. Then Came the Chevron/Anadarko Deal.”

In the article, Durrett talks about the drop in M&A activity and how it has not affected his work in Q1 given the fact that his target focus is on middle-market deals as opposed to “watermark” deals.
