Dykema Named 2012 Law Firm of the Year by Michigan Community Resources/Community Legal Resources

Award Recognizes Excellence in Pro Bono Work Statewide

Dykema has been named 2012 Law Firm of the Year by Michigan Community Resources (formerly known as Community Legal Resources), the leading provider of pro bono legal services and technical assistance to nonprofit organizations that serve low income individuals and communities statewide.

This award is conferred upon a law firm that exemplifies the highest standards and pro bono ethics of the profession, honors which Dykema is described as having delivered “consistently and with integrity.”

In announcing the award, Justin M. Sheehan, Statewide Legal & Policy Program Manager at Michigan Community Resources, observes, “Dykema’s steadfast commitment to pro bono and to the future of pro bono within the nonprofit community through advisory counsel, legal representation, and financial support does not go unnoticed. Dykema will be presented its 2012 Law Firm of the Year Award at the Michigan Community Resources annual awards dinner on Thursday, December 6, 2012.
