Jonathan Feld Discusses FCA Guidelines with Modern Healthcare

Jonathan S. Feld, Chicago-based member in Dykema’s Litigation Department and leader of the firm’s Government Investigations and Corporate Compliance group, was quoted extensively in the Modern Healthcare article, “Justice Department Sheds Light on Limiting False Claims Act Damages.”

Feld comments on the DOJ’s new guidelines, which pledge increased leniency towards companies that cooperate with FCA investigations, and expresses satisfaction at finally seeing the policy stated in writing.
