Marsha Gentner Quoted in National News Story on Trademark Dispute Involving Biker Gang

Marsha G. Gentner, Washington, D.C.-based senior counsel in Dykema’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, was quoted in the Associated Press story, "Judge won’t make Mongols biker gang surrender trademark logo." The story was picked up by outlets across the nation, including the New York Times, ABC News and NPR, as well as the Toronto Star.

In the story, Gentner commented on the government's strategy to try and seize the mark in question. Ultimately, the government's strategy failed when the Court rejected the seizure of the trademark.
