Marsha Gentner, Washington, D.C.-based senior counsel in Dykema’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, was quoted in the Westlaw Journal Intellectual Property article “Attorneys React to High Court’s Copyright Ban for Annotated State Laws.”

Gentner theorizes that “a state could contract out for a ‘preferred vendor’ to create the annotations.”
