Richard Goetz to Speak at Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law's 2012 Symposium

Richard G. Goetz, who leads Dykema's International Practice Group, will be a presenter at the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law's 2012 Symposium on Global Markets, Managing Risks and Potential Liabilities in Uncertain Times: The Duties and Responsibilities of the International Lawyer. The two-day Symposium will take place at The Center for American and International Law in Plano, Texas on June 19-20, 2012. This is the third year that Goetz has been a featured speaker at the Symposium.

Goetz and four other lawyers will participate in a panel discussion that serves as the kickoff event at this year's Symposium. The panel will identify and discuss "The 5 Biggest Issues in Risk Management: What Are the Current Traps for Unprepared Companies?" In his presentation, Goetz will focus on Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Legislation and Compliance, areas of international law that are both topical and gaining importance for everyone engaged in international business transactions.
