Janet A. Stiven, a Chicago-based business attorney and Dykema Member who assists clients in an outside general counsel role as well as with strategic business and technology transactions, is one of four presenters at a Knowledge Congress live webcast—“Credit Union Alert: Understanding FFIEC’s Cloud Computing Guidance.”

This two-hour live webcast, which will run from 12 noon to 2 pm (ET) on Monday, September 9, 2013, is aimed at top executives and senior officers of credit unions, banks, thrifts and other financial institutions—whose titles or responsibilities range from General Counsel, Legal Risk Officer/Administrator, IT Security, Data Security, and Risk and Compliance—as well as attorneys whose practice areas include Finance, IT, Corporate Compliance and Cloud Computing. The webcast is accredited, providing 1.75 to 2 credit-hours (CLE/CPE).

Ms. Stiven and her co-presenters will address:
