Jill Wheaton to Participate in Panel Discussion at Women Lawyers Association of Michigan 95th Annual Conference

Jill M. Wheaton, Ann Arbor-based member in the Litigation Department and leader of Dykema’s Appellate practice, is one of four guest panelists at a morning session at the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan’s 95th Annual Conference. The one-day event is scheduled for April 12, 2013 at the Book Cadillac Hotel in Detroit.

Wheaton and her fellow panelists—representing both in-house and outside counsel—will address the topic, “Changing Together,” a discussion of ways by which women can succeed in the practice of law. The panel will also examine business development and career development strategies.

Founded in 1919, the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan has more than 700 members, including attorneys, judges and law students. Since its inception, the group has worked to advance the interest of women members of the legal profession and to promote equality and social justice for all.
