John Dickey to be Panelist at IMAP Spring 2013 International Mergers & Acquisitions Symposium

John C. Dickey, member of Dykema’s Corporate Finance practice and resident in the Firm’s Dallas Office, will participate in a panel discussion at the IMAP Spring 2013 International Mergers & Acquisitions Symposium, to be held in Chicago on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at the Trump International Hotel. 

Dickey and three other speakers will discuss the intricacies and challenges of cross-border deals, addressing such centrally important topics as:
