Victor Johnson and Zachary Hoard Author Article on Virtual Currencies for Metropolitan Corporate Counsel

Dallas-based attorneys Victor C. Johnson, member in Dykema’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, and Zachary Q. Hoard, senior attorney in the firm’s Business Litigation Group, authored the article, “Understanding the Risks Associated with the Use of Virtual Currencies,” which appears in the December 2014 issue of Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, a monthly publication distributed to nearly 20,000 top-tier executives (chief legal officers, genera; counsel, in the law departments of major U.S. companies.

In the article, Johnson and Hoard explain what virtual currency is and how it operates in the digital world. They go on to discuss the risks involved in the use of virtual currencies and considerations for consumers.
