Bill Kohler Comments on DOT’s Updated Smart Vehicle Directives in Law360

William J. Kohler, Detroit-based senior counsel in Dykema’s Corporate Finance Practice Group and co-leader of the firm’s Mobility and Advanced Transportation Team, was quoted in the Law360 Analysis column, “3 Takeaways From DOT's New Automated Vehicles Policy.”

Responding to the release of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s publication,  “Preparing for the Future of Transportation: Automated Vehicles 3.0 (AV 3.0),” Kohler praises the agency for addressing the problem of smart cars and traditional vehicles coexisting along the nation’s highways.
