Chris Kratovil Comments on Democratic Sweep of Texas State Appeals Courts in the Texas Tribune

Christopher D. Kratovil, Managing Member of Dykema’s Dallas office and member of the firm's Litigation Group, shared his thoughts on the results of the 2018 midterm elections in the Texas Tribune article, “Texas Democrats’ Biggest Win On Election Night May Have Been the Courts.”

Kratovil foresees a change in the tenor of Texas appellate courts, predicting they will be less sympathetic to corporate defendants and more lenient with criminal offenders.
