Chris Kratovil Notes Texas SC Justice Johnson’s Legacy in Dallas Business Journal and Texas Lawbook

Christopher D. Kratovil, Managing Member of Dykema’s Dallas office and member of the firm's Litigation Group, was quoted extensively in the Dallas Business Journal and Texas Lawbook joint story, “Texas Supreme Court Justice Phil Johnson Retires.”

Kratovil recalls that Johnson was an influential force for west Texas oil and gas landowners, and comments on the large pool of former Republican justices available to finish out his term as a result of Texas’ midterm elections.
