Chris Kratovil Quoted in Law360 Article on NFL Player Suspension Lawsuit

Christopher D. Kratovil, Managing Member of Dykema’s Dallas office, and member in the Litigation Practice Group, commented on the Law360 article, “NFL Could Face Another Prolonged Fight In Latest Labor Tiff.”

Regarding the dispute over the six-game suspension of a Dallas Cowboys player accused of domestic violence, Kratovil predicts that the Fifth Circuit Court may not side with the NFL about the fairness of the inquiry, and might uphold an injunction issued by Judge Amos Mazzant of the Eastern District of Texas.
