Lento Featured in Detroit Legal News and Oakland County Legal News

Dykema lawyer, Rochelle Lento was featured in the Detroit Legal News and the Oakland County Legal News on January 4, 2012. The article, “Home Based: Lawyer Helps Bring Affordable Housing to Detroit Businesses,” highlights Lento’s 25 years of experience in the area of affordable housing development in Michigan, including her involvement in such significant projects as Piquette Square and the NSO Bell Building. The article cites Lento’s significant experience with various financing tools—Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Brownfield Tax Credits, HOME funds and others—as key contributors of the success of these projects.
