Will Liebmann Addresses Corporate Concerns in Law360 Article

Wilhelm E. Liebmann, San Antonio-based member of the Business Services Department and Leader of the Corporate Finance Practice Group, was quoted in the Law360 article, “7 Questions Corporate Attys Are Fielding From Clients.”

Tapped to comment on the prevailing unease regarding the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (JOBS Act), Liebmann was optimistic that additional means of raising capital would be available to small companies under the new administration. He also reflected that he was noticing a trend of including purchasing reps, warranties insurance, and earnouts in mergers and acquisitions bids.
