Thomas Moga Discusses Chinese Auto Sector Gains with CapitalWatch

Thomas Moga, Bloomfield Hills-based Senior Counsel in Dykema’s Intellectual Property practice, was quoted in the CapitalWatch article, “Chinese Auto Stocks Rise on Phase One Deal on Trade.”

In the article, Moga discussed how the latest U.S.-China trade deal announcement affected some U.S.-listed Chinese stocks in the auto sector. He also pointed out that while he expects electric vehicle sales to rebound, consumers will continue to purchase used cars because of their lack of confidence due to the Chinese government’s problems with intellectual property systems.
