Michael Napoli and Eduardo Espinosa Mentioned in Texas Lawyer Story on SEC Lawsuit

Michael D. Napoli and Eduardo Espinosa, Dallas-based members in Dykema’s Business Litigation Practice Group, were mentioned in the Texas Lawyer story “Let The Games Begin.”

The feature relates Napoli’s many responsibilities as the receiver appointed in the SEC’s complaint filed against The Ticket Reserve, an online ticketing and betting agency.

The story also quotes Espinosa, who served as the receiver’s counsel. In the article, Espinosa explains the difficulty of investigating the complex business practices  of The Ticket Reserve.
