Harold Pope Serves as Featured Presenter in Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law Webinar

Harold Pope, Detroit-based member in Dykema’s Litigation Department, served as a featured presenter for the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law webinar, “Activating the Private Bar to Protect the Right to Vote Amid the Pandemic,” which was held on Monday, June 1, 2020.

The webinar discussed new challenges the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to the 2020 election cycle. Along with an outline of the current litigation landscape of the election, the speakers will provide insight on absentee balloting, potential reforms to be put in place to expand access and review of key cases that impact access to the ballot.
