Tania Shapiro-Barr, Minneapolis-based senior attorney in Dykema’s Intellectual Property practice group, evaluated the Supreme Court Justices’ deliberations during the November 27 oral arguments for Oil States Energy Services LLC v. Green’s Energy Group LLC.
