J. Kevin Snyder and Luke Sosnicki Author Article on Article III Standing for November 2014 Issue of Metropolitan Corporate Counsel

Los Angeles-based attorneys J. Kevin Snyder, member in Dykema’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and Luke Sosnicki, a litigator in the firm’s Financial Services Group, authored the article, “A More Stringent Article III Standard As A Useful Class-Action Tool (Even Beyond Data-Breach Cases),” which appears in the November 2014 issue of Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, a monthly publication distributed to nearly 20,000 top-tier executives (chief legal officers, genera; counsel, in the law departments of major U.S. companies.

In the article, Snyder and Sosnicki discuss Article III standing and the Supreme Court’s decision in Clapper v. Amnesty Int’l USA, et al, the next big test for Article III standing, and Article III as a class-action tool.
