Dante Stella Serves as Featured Panelist at Federal Bar Association Seminar on Discovery

Dante A. Stella, Detroit-based member of Dykema’s Business Litigation practice, head of the firm’s electronic discovery practice and co-chair of the firm’s Discovery Management Group, served as a featured panelist at the Federal Bar Association Eastern District of Michigan’s Seminar on Discovery of Electronically Stored Information.

The seminar was a fast paced update on the cutting edge of e-discovery practice and procedure, covering how to efficiently handle e-discovery in litigation; how to avoid sanctions, spoliation, adverse inferences or dismissal.
