Sternstein to Participate in Panel Discussion at IP Litigation Breakfast in Chicago

Allan J. Sternstein, member and national director of Dykema’s Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Litigation Department, will be a featured participant at an upcoming IP Litigation Breakfast Event in Chicago organized by The National Law Journal.

The event, scheduled to begin at 8am on Wednesday, September 12 at The University Club of Chicago, is themed, “Chicago Patent Litigation: Considerations for Every In-House Counsel.” Attendees—expected chiefly to be corporate in-house counsel—will be treated to a panel discussion on such topics as the merits of filing IP cases in Chicago courts and “forum shopping”.

In addition to Sternstein, panelists will include: Chief Judge James F. Holderman, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois; Peter Gafner, Vice President and General Counsel-Litigation, Boston Scientific Group; and, Jay A. Saltzman, Group Technology Counsel, Illinois Tool Works.
