T.L. Summerville Authors Second in a Series of Three Articles for InsideCounsel

T.L. Summerville, Detroit-based member in Dykema’s Commercial Litigation practice, authored the article, “Getting ahead of contract pitfalls: A commercial litigator’s advice to in-house council,” that appeared in InsideCounsel. The article is the second in a series of three articles Summerville will contribute to the publication over the last few months of 2014.

In the article, Summerville focuses on strategies that can be employed after a contract has been executed but before performance is complete.
