Texas Lawbook Spotlights Dykema Legal Team As Medical Center Trial Opens

Edwin J. Tomko and Jason M. Ross, Dallas-based attorneys in Dykema’s Litigation Group, were recognized for their legal prowess in the Texas Lawbook article, “Forest Park Surgeons and Hospital Officials on Trial for Alleged Kickback Scheme.”  The duo represents some of the defendants against the Department of Justice’s healthcare fraud prosecution in what promises to be a blockbuster trial.
