Sheryl Toby to Co-Present at ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas

Sheryl L. Toby, metro Detroit-based member of Dykema’s Business Services Department and Automotive Industry Group, is set to serve as a speaker at the 2018 American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section Annual Meeting, on Friday, September 14, 2018, 8:30AM - 10:00AM (Convention Center, Room 6A, Level 3) at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.

The CLE accredited program is entitled, “Six Simple Rules for In-House Counsel to Avoid Most Hidden Insolvency Risks in Commercial Transactions” and will provide a practical discussion of rules and tips in-house counsel should use to counsel their clients before insolvency issues arise.

The program is being presented by the Bankruptcy Business Transactions Subcommittee and co-sponsored by the following: Business Financing, Corporate Counsel, and Private Equity and Venture Capital Committees

The Co-speaker on the program is Matt Ochs (Holland & Hart LLP, Denver, CO) and Materials Coordinator: Chelsea Davis (JD Candidate, Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law).
