Sheryl Toby to Serve as Featured Speaker at American Bankruptcy Institute Workshop

Sheryl Toby, Bloomfield Hills-based member of Dykema's Bankruptcy Practice Group, will serve as a featured speaker at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 22nd Annual Central States Bankruptcy Workshop in Traverse City, Michigan. Toby is scheduled to moderate a panel entitled, "The Intersection of Ethics and Discovery (What Attorneys Need to Know)," on Saturday, June 13 at 8 a.m.

This panel, which covers the critical relationship between professional responsibility and rules of discovery, will discuss the pitfalls and common mistakes that attorneys make with digital discovery and electronic evidence.

The flexible workshop format   featuring concurrent business and consumer breakout sessions   allows for spirited exchanges between panelists and attendees. Join more than 300 industry professionals, as well as 16 U.S. Bankruptcy Judges, for this exceptional summer program.
