Marty Truss Comments on Fracking Rule Challenge in Law360

James M. (Marty) Truss, San Antonio-based member and co-leader of Dykema’s Energy Industry Group, was quoted in the Law360 article, “Energy Cases To Watch in the 2^nd Half of 2016.”

In his remarks, Truss explains that the Bureau of Land Management’s authority to regulate hydraulic fracturing on public lands is the subject of a court case whose outcome will seriously impact the oil and gas industry.
