Marty Truss Reflects on South Texas Oil Recovery in San Antonio Express-News and Laredo Morning Times

James M. (Marty) Truss, San Antonio-based member and Co-Leader of Dykema’s Energy Industry Group, was cautiously optimistic in the San Antonio Express-News and the Laredo Morning Times article “How Big Was the Oil Boom in South Texas? A New Report Has the Numbers.”

Although Truss acknowledges an increase in oilfield activity, he feels it’s too soon to proclaim a total recovery from the oil boom & bust lasting from 2008-2015.
