Tom Vaughn Addresses Questions About the CARES Act and Paycheck Protection Program

Tom Vaughn, Detroit-based member Dykema’s Corporate Finance Practice Group and co-leader of the firm's M&A Practice Group, joined Theresa Hegel of the Advertising Specialty Institute on Facebook Live to discuss how small businesses can take advantage of the CARES Act and its Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), along with Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs).
