Michael Weis Presents "Business Financing Fundamentals for Attorneys" for the National Business Institute

Michael Weis, Chicago-based member in Dykema’s Corporate Finance Practice Group, served as a featured presenter on the National Business Institute webcast, “Business Financing Fundamentals for Attorneys,” which was held Monday, July 23. The webcast was designed to serve as a fundamental financing guide designed specifically for attorneys.

In the first session of the webcast, titled “Financing in General - A Brief Overview,” Weiss discussed cash flow, budget, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, return on investment and loans. Later on, he presented the session, “Business Financing Issues,” which covered cash flow issues, financial management, debt coverage ratio, debt to equity ratio and documenting effectively.
