Deborah Williamson Quoted in Bloomberg Businessweek on a New Small Business Bankruptcy Law

Deborah Williamson, Member in Dykema’s San Antonio office and Leader of the firm’s Bankruptcy Practice Group, was quoted in the Bloomberg Businessweek article “A New Small Business Bankruptcy Law Takes Effect, Just In Time.”

The article highlights how a new bankruptcy law, the Small Business Reorganization Act, helps small businesses in bankruptcy. Williamson points out that the goal of the Subchapter V is to let small business owners remain in possession of the assets.
